New to the potv forum.
My name's Ian and i started gave up the weed and started vaping about 5 months ago. I was a smoker for 40 years and was on 50+ a day and have never looked back since i first go at an e-cig

Everytime I read stories like this they make me smile. Changing a smoking habit of 40 years to vaping for several months is really good going!

My mum smoked for a year when she was 18, she'll be 71 this year and she says there are still stressful/bad days when she could quite easily have a ciggy!
