Hi peeps,

Stopped on the stinkies nearly a year ago and have been through e-lites, V2, greenSmoke & halo e-cigs trying to settle on a brand. Now I feel as if I don't need it to look like a cig anymore I've switched to halo ultra tank and loving it so far, especially the behemoth battery you get with em!

I didn't do massive amounts of research on the 'tank' type before switching as every man and his dog seems to have an opinion one way or the other as to which is the best and why you shouldn't buy brand 'X' etc, just stuck with the people I knew. Always had good service and quick delivery from Halo & eCigarettedirect.com so enjoying my ultra tank for now

Thought I'd say hi anyhoo :)

Hello and welcome MartyBook, glad you're enjoying your new set-up. There's lots of info on here and if you don't get tempted by other devices, I'm sure the juice reviews will whet your appetite!

3 hours into the 4 hours recommended for initial charge to 'condition' the battery. Is this a pile of poo or do they actually need priming like this? They're Li-Ion batteries which I didn't think needed it these days

Welcome to POTV! to answer your question, no it is not 'essential' but it really will help with the overall life of the battery, I actually recommend my customers to charge for 6 hours the first time. Afaik this initial charge is more important with li-ion batteries the any other type.

Nice one, thankyou
