is it new
did you read the chinglish user manual
have you used it before so know how to turn it on/off
have you updated the firmware. if so time to go shopping again.

Hey, welcome to the forum.

What I know from Smok Aliens is that the soldering inside isn't always the greatest quality. If you don't have any warranty on the device, open it up and check the 510 connector wiring. 9 times out of 10 it just came loose and needs to be soldered back.

update: scrap that thought... it should show no attomizer or some message but it should turn on. Do check the wiring that connects the batteries though. Smok has crazy bad QA, but still, often it's just that, a loose wire.
