Hello All

Anyone got one of these? Read a bit on them and both seem to be getting really good reviews, good clouds and superb flavour I hear, especially from the Hobo.

Also interested if anyone has tried both and how they compare?

Lastly if anyone has tried both the genuine article and a clone and how they compared.

Thanks for looking

Paul

I only have the Hobo clone, and to be honest it's pretty damn good flavour wise.
Quality wise, it is not great. The grub screws needed the ends filing down as they were cutting the wire off, rough as guts on the tips.
The O-rings are a bit small and I find the body very loose on the build head.
Even though it has it's issues, I'm enjoying it for testing DIY juices, and it's easy to build on.
I think the authentic may be a better option, just for the quality side.

Hold tight. The hadlay by phsyclone vapes is out and seems like it's going to be the top dog. I enjoy both goon and drifter but the drifter is best suited to mtl for me where as the goon is big air and big flavour.

Ive got the Goon authentic and its pretty good, only prefer the Kennedy 24..... Got the Hobo authentic on its way with a BF pin for my squonk... Heard a lot of good things about it from the squonk community and managed to get authentic 2nd hand with bf pin handy money so will know more about it on monday..

The Goon you can't go wrong with coz you have a choice of air so close it down for flavour or open it right up for clouds and good flavour plus the deck it just to easy to build on.
Hobo and the Hadlay though I don't own are gave been real popular for squonking so not sure if the airflow will be like a Goon. My mate Alex at CheekyVapes sells the Hadlay and it was that popular his site crashed but again he was taking pre orders on a squonking group

Quite surprised no one has mentioned the NarDA and the O-atty.

Basically, the O-atty and Hadaly are copies of the NarDA design idea. I would argue the Narda is an incremental improvement on classic rdas like the Veritas.

Authentics of the NarDA and (odis) O-atty are super difficult to pick up. Also the price is eye watering. See fasttech for clones. It is cheaper to get a fasttech odis atty than it is to get an authentic o-atty bf pin... and the clone comes with a bf pin!

Have had clones of the hobo and narda for ages. And have payed real money for the genuine article (and hours searching for the narda). Love em. Have a clone of the o atty on the way but the one that looked liked it combines them all with goon style clamps is the hadlay or whatever it's called.

Drifter I've sold, Goon I still have, so I'm going with the Goon between those two ;)

For me, the Havoc and O Atty are top dogs on the squonk RDA front. Best flavour I've experienced yet, and plenty of airflow too if you need it.

Owned a genuine Narda for months, shifted it as soon as the Havoc arrived, IMO it pales in comparison to both the O Atty and Havoc, I even thought the Drifter was on par with the Narda. I find the flavour far better on both of those two, plus the Narda definitely can't keep up with either when it comes to clouds.

Havoc is a little bit (a lot) more than I can pay at the moment, as is genuine O Atty but I have ordered a clone (not good I know but it is a means to an end).

Shall keep an eye out for any second hand genuine ones but I feel I am more likely to come across some rocking horse shit with unicorn hoof marks in it for sale!
