If everyone takes a step back for a second then reads the article properly it becomes far more normal, Firstly the store was also selling DVD's, Perfume, Jewellery, and Cellphones - So despite it's claims to be a "Vape Shop" it was more than that. Secondly Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) are part of Homeland Security and, in fact in the picture that heads the article it can be clearly seen written on the door of the vehicle.

In the USA the agency that deals with imported counterfeit goods is? Yep - you guessed it ICE, so ICE raiding a suspected counterfeit sales operation is hardly a shock. As for the guns and Armoured vehicles - Well, You know that criminals don't like their grubby little operations broken up, and you know how the Americans love their guns - well thats the kind of thing that happens when you are worried the criminals may be armed.

So all in all a lot of Moral Outrage about a "Vape Shop" being raided by Homeland security when really the Title of the article should more accurately have been "I.C.E raid suspected counterfeit sales ring." With a Sub Heading of "Stock seized by Immigration and Customs Enforcement"

Was kinda hard to see past the military types in full storm trooper kit posing as polis. Yes, I know the americans and their gun fetish, hell I remember the Waco incident/fiasco but Full on Desert Storm for a shop raid??
