So, I usually have some juice in all of my 5-6 tanks, and I usually keep them upright by sitting them in those annoying rings that come with 10ml juice bottles, the ones that fall off the first time you use a new bottle.

It's a pretty poor method though, so I'm wondering if anybody has any good diy methods for holding tanks until I get my ass in gear and buy a stand?
Preferably something that doesn't involve a drill, as mine died a few days ago.

Basically I'm wondering if there's something really easy and obvious that I'm overlooking..

I bought a few atty stands of ebay, very cheap. Alternative is to vape them dry.

I only have 3 tanks so bored a hole in a couple of plastic bottle caps using a cross head screwdriver, then the hex part of a screwdriver bit widens the hole to the perfect size to screw 510 connector in, cap plastic so wont damage the threads.

Ah yes, bottle caps is a good idea for single tanks. I'll definitely keep that one in mind.
I made a slight upgrade to the smelly plastic rings. Some plastic aeroboard. It's still a bit wobbly though.. I might glue a bit of something underneath to make it transportable.

B&M Bargains did a flat version of these @ 2 for a quid.
They hold a 25mm atty and collect liquid should it leak.

Get a new drill, everybody needs a drill.

Even a hand powered one with the big handle on the side is enough, like under 8 quid in Toolstation. Or a couple of quid on eBay...

i tend to leave them all over quiety leaking out their contents. There are four on the floor next to me right now in the jumble of mods leads and juice bottles

I wash and thoroughly dry before putting away, but I don't use multiple setups at once.

I have had tanks go rusty on me in the past, especially if not fully dried after cleaning and then being put away for 6 months or more. Believe it or not, I once received a new sealed tank, upon inspection it was rusty inside, ended up returning it, older tank, probably kept in a damp warehouse.

Get a nice plank of wood and drill some holes in it, get the size correct and you can stand the 510 pins in the holes.
