How long does the cotton on the Prince RBA Coil

Hello people,

I just ordered a Prince RBA kit and was wondering how long the cotton pack/wire lasts for and how often you need to change the cotton?
Also, wasn't sure which wattage I should be using on a 0.25 ohm?

Any help would be much appreciated.

The wire can be dry burned at low wattage and gunk brushed off the coil so it will last at least a few weeks but everything else is dependant on a few things,

How long your cotton will last depends on the juice your vaping, the sweeter or darker the juice the quicker it will need changing,

Wattage this will depend on your wicking ability and thickness of your juice, too much cotton and too thicker juice and your wattage will have to remain low, finding right amount of cotton for the thickness of your juice will allow you to push the watts higher

This. If it starts tasting funky then unscrew the tank, take the cotton out of the coil, give the fire button a couple of pushes till any gunk burns off the coil then add more cotton, juice it up, fill the tank and away you go again.

It sounds complicated but it really isn't once you've done it a couple of times.

As Matty says above it's all dependent on your juice as well. A sweet juice will gunk up the coil quickly becuse of the residue from the sweetners in it. A really sweet juice might see you changing cotton once every couple of days. Less sweet can last a while.

There's no 'right' wattage ... start low and turn it up until it's right for you. It's dependent on too many other things.

I'm currently using Tasty Fruity E-liquids, I'm not so keen on desert juices.

Try the Primevapes website. The fruity juice on there is the nicest I've tried.

Thanks for the tips people and the E-Liquid recommendations.

So I bought my RBA Prince Coil kit on Wednesday and since then I have already changed it 4 times.
I'm trying to get the taste right but it's now crackling and leaking.

Any ideas on how to get it right? Not sure if I should be better off buying alternative coil wires!!

Also I'm using the Cotton Gods, a bit tricky to get them in the coils.

This should help you, the key is in the wicking, most issues are caused from over stuffing the cotton and to avoid leaking ensure no cotton is left over the airflow.
