I only started vaping a few weeks ago, I started off with a pretty basic EGO style tornado cone thing (not sure what you'd call em) but it was only £22 and seemed simple enough to use as a first time vaper. Just bought myself an aspire bdc clearomizer and (although I'm really happy with it) now the same day its arrived I'm eyeing up a coolfire1. My idea of giving up smoking was to cut down on money but I'm just wanting to try all of these different things out at the moment. Plus the aspire bdc looks a little bit silly with its giant size (in comparison) sitting on top of a thin ego style 510 battery...lol!

Have I got the bug? Do you guys find that you started off buying a bunch of different products before you settled and found something you really liked?

For clearos/cartomizers those things are "disposable" so you should always have more than 1, at least 2...and probably as many as 10 or 20 :P and if you really want to make sure you never are without...50 is a good number to start with.

Since I use rebuildable atomisers/tanks I only ever have to buy wick and wire...which is about every 3-6 months worth :D

mods?......depends whats new or in the classies ;)

im a cart tank user so i always have plenty of carts in and have already spent and got as many tanks as i need....til a 23mm S n P tank comes up in the classies ;)

50!? Ok now I don't feel so crazy for just owning more than one :P why are they considered as being disposable?

kinda depends too on if you really like them.....no point buying 5 of the latest clearo before you tried even them...i got a pack of f15 boge prepunched carts and love them so bought 10 packs of 5...brings the price down, only 1 shipping cost and i know this is my preffered vape so they will always get used :)

I started on clearos, an mvp and a spinner. After a few months I've got mods, rbas, lots of wicking and coil material, and all sorts of other stuff lol It's a hobby now so I don't mind that I've spent money on it, but better still it's the best thing I've ever done for my health

Yeah that does make sense, so you'd buy 5 and basically use them for how long til you throw em away? I didn't realize that these things were disposable.

If you cant rebuild the wick and coil inside, then you just chuck em out when they're not working as good :)

obviously depends what atty your using...i use the afore mentioned carts, which last on average 5-6 days...and at about 90p each thats pretty good....but as meg said, if you go down the coil and wicking them yourself route then this comes down substantially...most can do it, i cant no matter how i try so got some pre mades coming to have another go ;)
