How to post a "how to" thread?

As title - I'm trying to post a how-to hint but I'm getting an error message that I need to select a prefix first or something. Where am I going wrong?

Go to "how to"
select start new thread
On top of the box for the title should be a drop down box , click it and it should give you the option to prefix it with "how to"
that is in the dark theme, I'll just check it in light

Exactly the same in light. Your page should look like this:

Nope, mine doesn't have the drop-down box or the word "prefix". It goes straight from "your message" to "title". I've tried doing a screenshot but can't figure out how to save/paste my "ctrl+screenprint" image. Fancy talking me thru it on XP Home?

It was missed when a new usergroup had been created

Tried a few times KMS, the drop down box just isn't there. I've tried shouting at it and threatening to switch it off and everything

How about I post my handy hint on here and one of you kind admins move it for me?

If you refresh, it should be there now, I missed it when assigning settings admin side a few days ago, i've set it now and you should see it

Yep, it's there now. The threat of shouting at it must've worked
