After having some crappy experiences with my IGO-W I was a little underwhelmed, but today some more juices turned up as well as some 27 gauge Kanthal so I thought I'd give it another go.

Practiced a little more, managed to put together some reasonable coils with the build reading 0.54ohms, changed my drip tip for a wider bore, dropped some Kraken Squid Ink onto my new Japanese cotton and WOW!

The flavour! The Vapour!

It's a whole different planet!

Drippers rock!

I only hope as my skill improves so does the experience because this is fantastic.

:woot:

:-D Aren't these moments great?!

They certainly are!

I can't believe I nearly gave up on it before experiencing this. Tanks are going to be a disappointment after this but unfortunately a requirement when at work or out and about, maybe a KFL will cure that problem. :30:

my russian (kfl type thing) is next best after my drippers. For a tank, the flavour and vapour is great

"the man from delmonti, he says 'yes'"

YES!

Looks like a Kayfun or similar will have to go on my list, there's no way I can keep going with the muted flavours from a "normal" tank now that I've seen the light.

My walk-about go-to tank is (or is that was now?) an aspire nautilus with 1.6ohm coils. I use it for those times I'm out and want a reliable smoke rather than nothing at all... you know its durable, the coils seem to last at least a month and it does not seem to mind being rolled about all over the place, namely it doesn't start gargling.

However.... got myself a kayfun 3.1 today so only been using it this evening. From the construction it looks like it might be reliable, time will tell.... but as for the vape, wow, really nice so very tempting to use it as my new go-to tank :-)
