Think about insurance companies. You'll only know of they're any good if you need to make a claim.
If you're considering using on line only stores, check them out first. Check the reviews. Try calling and emailing them see if they respond.
That way you're making an informed decision.
If your order doesn't arrive and you have no way of resolving the issue your money is gone.
