i love the stories you hear about these...such as the guy who started with a paperclip and ended up with house so lets start one. who ever swaps with me will get added to the list of having some thing to swap.

so say i have some wire...you trade me for a bottle of redwood blend.

we can then go on the list!

1. me - redwood blend #mls
2. you - wire #mtrs

the next person that comes in can trade with either of us and they will be on the list.....the only way to get on the list is to trade with someone on the list.

obviously all these things will be consumables (unless someone is lucky enough to recieve a PV offer) so to try and keep it fair....you can only use 25% of what you recieve....if what you have recieved is near the end of it's life/empty/dead. state it in this thread and also send me a PM and you will be removed from the list giving you a chance to swap with someone else of your choice on the list with anything you have.

offers must be reasonable and offered via PM to the person. once an agreement has be made, announce it in BOLD UNDERLINED RED CAPS TEXT

i hope i have made this all make sense...if anyone is confused or has any suggestions let me know....

ok i'll try....

i have something i dont need and you have something i dont need.

so you PM me to see if i would like to trade for what you have to offer, if i agree and we trade.
You then join the list with what i traded with you listing it (minus what you have taken from it)...so say i swap 1 meter with and you only want 30cm...you then PM me saying you want it listing as 70cm wire on the list.

if someone then comes in with something they dont want they can trade with either you or me etc....they will go on the list etc....

is that any clearer?

1. DarthVaperUK - 650mah ego battery
2. JudyBlue - 70cm wire

some one else comes in and offers you a 30ml liquid bottle of juice, you accept. trade. find out you dont like the liquid, so the list now looks like this:

1. DarthVaperUK - 650mah ego battery
2. JudyBlue - 28mls e-liquid
3. JoeBloggs - 25cm wire

you can leave the list at any time once you are happy with what you have, or you can hold it out for something good if it pops up.

once on the list, you can add any other little bits you have lying around onto your listing to try and get yourself better offers, if you arent getting any attention. so the list could be updated from the previous example to:

1. DarthVaperUK - 650mah ego battery + rapid charger
2. JudyBlue - 28mls e-liquid blue + 10mls e-liquid red + 5mls e-liquid yellow
3. JoeBloggs - 25cm wire + 2x306 atty's + 1 SS drip tip

is this any easier?....i've had this idea in my head for a while and it seems brilliant and fun....but its so hard to get it down on "paper" so people can understand it. i hate it when this happens!

you take it and dont go on the list...but the list will then look like:

1.Darthvaperuk - whatever you had traded with me.

the list is there because we always almost end up with stuff that turned out not to be something we expected.

you dont have to use what you have traded.
maybe you have some wick and mesh you dont use so you get the wire off me and offer on the list the wire, wick and mesh so you can try and get an offer from someone for something new you haven't tried or even thought of trying

i suppose its just the same as the classies swap, except its all in one thread easy for people to see. without loads of topics to crawl through.

Ok, i think i get it (finally) chucked some juice in the bin today, could have swapped.. Damit

sounds a bit like pay it forward but more complex...the PIF was easier...

eg Darth Vaper - 1m wire
Judy blue says 'i will take that I put up 30 ml juice'.
At this point darth vaper pays for the postage for his wire to be sent to judy blue.
then the next person (joe bloggs) who wants the 30ml juice says 'i will take that i put up and ego batt
judy pay to send her juice to joe bloggs,
& joe bloggs would pay to send his battery to whoever is next, and so it continues....

Easier to manage this way and moves quicker!
