I think it is only fair to make it clear that at least two versions of the Igo-L seem to be available. This has a more rounded finish to the top, others have a flatter top.
This is a personal review of a product I either bought or received free of charge. The opinions expressed here represent my own and not those of this website, planetofthevapes.co.uk
Product Maker Unknown
Product Name Igo-L Dripping Atomizer (Also known as Igo-SS?)

This does NOT include a drip tip. It is advised you wash this under warm soapy water first to remove and manufacturing bits.
A solid well made dripping Atomizer. This is my first, so I have nothign to compare to but for the price (Circa £10) it's ticked the box in my mind that says "That's gotte be worth that money"
This is made from 304 grade stainless steel according to the website, which I guess means it's better than something that is plated. This isn't a 316 grade steel, so I wouldn't suggest you go swimming with it.
The finish is fantastic. It is very well polished and I haven't found any obvious rough edges yet so my fingers are safe.
The threading on the bottom is good, and seems to fit well onto a few Mod / Batteries I have.
The unit comes with it's own spares pack with a couple of O-Rings, a piece of silica wick and some wire. The spares pack also included a screw which is not mentioned on the website (so that may be subject to change).
Wicking and wiring is very much up to your own tastes, but I used a 2mm Silica Wick, and some 1.5 Nichrome wire. I run this at 1.8 ohm. One you somplete your wick and wire (coil) drip on some drops of juice, replace the top cap and fire away.
The top is not threaded, and fits tightly with the supplied O-Rings. This allows you to align the air hole as you see fit. There is no perfect point, just try and get it close to the coil and move it left or right accordingly.
Once you fire it up, you get to taste your juice. The vapour production is immense, and the flavour is good. I'm not going to say that the flavour is perfect because it sometimes tastes a little muted but a quick topup of juice of re-align of the airhole and it's back to normality.
Wound I Recommend this to someone?
Very much so. Even for a beginner. This is not something you may wish to take out much because the capacity is very limited by design but for general at home vaping, and tesitng juices, it's brilliant. It actually knocks the socks off a Genesis Type Atomizer I have in terms of reliablity and general build quality.
