Hi
This may sound daft but I’ve always vaped at around 0.4ohms using an rda using 2 0.8 coils. Now I pulled the threads on my Asgard mini and thought that was another one for the bin but then I found a replacement deck online. I didn’t realise it was an in series deck as opposed to in parallel so my build ended up 1.6ohms. Now that works fine and seems to ramp up and produce decent vape but should I use 2 0.2ohm coils to get back to my original 0.4ohms or is 1.6ohms normal when used in series ??

it's normal that it will double the resistance, because you've effectively added the 0.8 two coils together to make one bigger 1.6 ohm coil.

It doesn't really matter either way as long as you are happy how it vapes. You could use 2 lower resistance coils if you wanted, or not. The only thing you 'should' do is what works for you.
