There are plenty of reviews that will show you how to adjust the battery settings, but basically I love it. Sure it's a dinosaur of a mod. There are lighter, more powerful, longer lasting, significantly cheaper and functionally superior battery packs out there. But if those are your criteria maybe you shouldn't be looking at this. If you want a device that weighs a ton, looks awesome, has presence and doesn't look like a Walkie talkie then this is for you. It runs my Nautilus minis perfectly, although they are a pain to fit if you don't want to use the supplied extension tube. The Subtank Nano fits and looks right on it. The supplied I clear 30s is very capable though so there is no need to rush out and buy new tanks for it. But you can and it will run them. Up to 6v or 15w isn't much by today's standards but I bought it to replace an itaste CLK1280 and its more than a match for that. I'm a heavy user so I can kill a 2500mah Efest 35a battery in a day. But that gives you an indication as to how much I like it. It's a fingerprint magnet as you are probably already aware, but it's shiny, solid, functional, and gorgeous to look at. It attracts comments and requests for a try from my fellow Vapers. Obviously you cloud chasers won't have a lot of use for it as it doesn't have the welly. But I absolutely love mine. And I expect to have many years of replaceable battery goodness out of it. Thanks for reading.

Its been my sole device for nearly a year now, it makes me sad, but im thinking of retiring the old gal and keeping her as a back up.

Itaste VTR

Have had mine a few weeks and love it. Was undecided on which one chrome or camo green. Went with the green. It's my new shiny toy so have tried to keep it pretty but regratably the paintwork is wearing off after just a few weeks use. I have an over the shoulder small camera bag to cart it around. The alternative would have been a shopping trolley :18:

The iclear 30 supplied was in my opinion terrible compared to the protank 2's I have.

If and when it dies I would buy another one.... maybe the chrome version though.

I put a SubTank Nano on mine a couple of days ago.
The iclear 30s has been relegated to last resort clearly behind my nautilus mini which is also emergency use only. The Nano rocks this box. Wish it would run the 0.5 ohm though. My curiosity is getting the better of me :)

How do you know if it's vaping via Wattage or Volts? Is it just the last setting you choose?

Yep. Just press the button on top. It will come up with the resistance first then whatever you last set. I.e. Watts. Press it again to get the volts. They adjust independently so if you leave it in watts it will automatically adjust the volts to suit the coil and vice versa as far as I understand it.
