I have tried to source one item, and while the Australia/NZ shops are clear for years: we do not ship internationally, e.g.

previously I was able to order some items form the US, e.g. from Wet Vapes.
But: while I've visited their Site today:
I was welcomed by a message:
"Due to PACT act shipping restrictions, we are no longer shipping any products to consumers. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are local, please visit any of our following retail locations. See Locations.
All orders must be picked up at our locations with a valid ID."
1. As far as I was able to trace, the PACT is in force since 2021, yet I was able to order stg from them in 2022..?
2. It is/may actually severely impact the whole US online market, not to mention the international, where in fact the only source of shipment may be the China soon? I'd call it: US yet again used the firearms incorrectly, shooting their foot?
