Is my trustfire Tr001 dead

Had a couple of 18350s on charge for a couple of hours earlier when I came back to the charger it was blinking between red and green. Pulled the batteries and now the lights are dimly flashing green.

Shall I bin this and get a nitecore.

Trustfire is still doing the same thing so ordered an i2 from Ash. Shame as ordered some coils the night before and now have to pay another shipping fee. Im going to see if I can get money back on the tr001
