iTaste vv problem

After charging my iTaste for the first time it is no longer working. The LED behind the push button flashes red, then amber and then green and it shuts down. When I turn it on the electronic display reads 888 and then it changes to to something that looks like this 1:.1

Any suggestions ad to what may be the problem?

Making the assumption this is an iTaste VV3
It looks like its knackered to me. I cannot mine to show anything like that on the display - (open ct, short ct all is good)
I suggest you return it to the vendor asap as it looks like this slipped pass Innokins QA dept.

What version of iTaste vv is it, as they make a few models of vv devices. I have the pen style v3 version and that dosen't display the 888 so I'm guessing it's not one of them.
