a few days ago i received for review an JAC Vapour 18650 battery.
So this wont be a long review as theres not a great deal you can say about a battery but here goes.
Firstly the battery came well packed, in a padded black styrofoam type packing which was in a sealed bag and a JAC vapour card.
The battery is an 18650 nipple top and is quite distinctive being black with a silver label.
First thing that struck me on a very postive note was the label itself.
clear print and some very useful info which many batteries dont seem to have on them.
it states
High Drain rechargable Lithium battery
IMR 18650 3.7v 2500 mAh
but also of importance it lists the pulse and constant amps
Max Pulse 35 amp
max constant 20 amp
below that the jac vapour web address and CE kite mark
also clearly labled are the plus and minus ( not a big issue with nipple top batteries of course )
For testing i fitted the battery into my vapor shark RDNA 40 v2.
to compare i had previously been using the original Battery supplied with the RDNA which is an LG 2500mah 35A 18650 Battery so in theory there should be similar usage times.
Charging took about 45 minutes ( vaporshark has USB zip charge )
the original battery from daily use would last with my setup running 0.2 ohm NI200 coil at 480 degrees temp sensing mode would last from a morning full charge ( around 9am ) until about 1am before requiring charging again. so around 16 hours of vaping.
the Jac Vapour battery there was a pleasant surprise. having charged it i decided to run it from full from the same time in the morning at 9am.
come 1am the battery was still showing around 1/3rd of a charge and so continued into the next day again at 9am. this saw me through until around 2pm before finally needing to be charged. so over the original LG battery i managed an extra 7 hours vaping from it.
i think those results speak for themselves.
an excellent battery with nice long running time and clear concise information on the battery label.
not much more i can say really other than thumbs up.
