Juice colour change

Anyone else notice that when you mix up a batch its clear.
A day or two later it starts to change colour red...green, yellow etc
Dependant upon what flavour is in it....ie, cinnamon turns red
I know its steeping, but never noticed the colour change before.
I have a cinnamon mix thats about five weeks old, and its a really deep red colour.....cool

Thoughts anyone .?

Some change more than others. My red bull changes to a lovely pinky orange. I think sunlight also changes it too.

Normal. If I leave son 1s favourite Apple for a week or so it gets a green tinge. The evil Maxboro turned an unnatural blue, my coffee goes an orangey brown and my unimaginatively named American Red goes a deep - red.
