Hi all, a couple of questions:
After a while of using my clearomisers I start getting juice pooling on the top of my ego battery, is this because the clearo is no good any more? Or am I simply overfilling the clearo? It seems to start happening after a couple of weeks. Which leads me to my next question, how do you tell when the clearo is no good anymore, people say they last 6 weeks or so how do you tell when its finished??

Final question one of my batteries seems to take a few draws before it starts working, the light doesnt come on and no vapour or taste produced intitially, after some time it starts working as normal again does this mean the battery is on its way out also? It didnt do this at first but lately is doing it more often. How long do the batteries usually last.

Thanks in advance.

It's quite normal to get a few drops eliquid on the centre pin of the battery, u must clean it tho as it will damage the battery.
to clean it use a cotton bud as their the perfect with for the 510 connection, start getting in the habit of doing this daily as should look after the battery and also keep the connection between battery and clearo clean.

as for lifespan of clearo's is all depends on what juice your using, flavour, pg/VG ratio
the easiest way to tell is when you notice a big drop in flavour and vapour then you know it's time to change it.

to answer the battery question you have probably damaged it with the juice pooling inside the centre post, i would recommend you replace that battery, standard batteries should last about 6 months or so you will notice a huge drop in usage between charges when it on its way out

i hope some of what I've said helps and hasn't confused you too much

Some clearos have changeable wick and coil heads, these can be removed and replaced with new heads which in effect make that clearo as good as new, just keep an eye on the condition of the tank and check for cracks and the plastic tank going 'cloudy'.
As long as it looks ok it's fine to use over and over just changing the heads when necessary.
