So I just got this mod and every battery I’ve tried using on it no matter if I go out and buy new ones or if they’re fully charged always say on the screen “low battery” I’ve tried different methods but everything comes out the same like I just got this mod from the shop. And also it says on one side that it’s fully charged and the other battery indicator it says empty and I’ve charged my batteries.

If you've just bought it from a shop then don't mess around with it. Take it straight back for a refund or replacement. If you open it up to try and fix it you will invalidate the warranty. That should be a last resort.

Sounds daft. But have you cleaned both battery and mod terminals?
Try a factory reset. Failing that a trip to the vendor is in order, I think.

what batteries are you using and where did you buy them from. has to be asked as a lot of fakes out there. also are you charging in the mod or on an external charger. external is best.
this actually happened on a new mod i bought a couple of weeks ago. only done it 3 times where showed as fully charged and then one battery dropped to empty and mod turned off.
ive heard it can take a few charges for 2/3 batteries to marry together on a charge.
as said above. worth taking back and show the shop where you bought it from.

Too late :(

All it says is low battery every time I put in batteries no matter what they are.

Also, I can’t just walk in a shop because the law was changed recently, so I have to go with homemade diy type of stuff. I have the hohmlife batteries I charge them for 4-5 hours externally and I put them in my mod and it says “low battery” but one battery is full and the other is empty even tho I just took these batteries right off the charger. Now my guess is that I don’t have high enough mah 18650 batteries and that’s why. But I know your not supposed to mix batteries but say I put in a battery and another that has the same mah and it doesn’t work. But if i mix say a lower mah it works but it says on one side that the battery is fully charged and the other is empty but still all the batteries are charged I charged them externally and internally. Now remind you I need homemade options. I CANT GO TO A SHOP.

Hohmlife batteries and e-fest 18650 batteries 3500 mah and they don’t work even if I externally or internally charge them they just won’t power the mod. And I can’t go to a shop due to new laws.

I'm no expert on batteries and not heard of that make but 3500mah as far as I've heard are best for torches and not high powered vape mods.i could be wrong though. The highest I will use is 3000mah Samsung 30Q or molicel 2600mah.
Hopefully someone else can clarify this.
