Just to say I do not vape, my wife does, it started out so she did not need to smoke near the fuel tank on the boat, then she discovered how much cheaper vaping was. Then she got more into it. Now she is into sub ohm mtl.
The problem she has had was finding a menthol only flavour. 888 Vape used to do one, now they have changed their flavour source and she says that there is mint in it and it is sweet. She does not like sweet flavours.
I did some digging and found The Alchemists Cupboard over at Norwich. We made a shopping list, went over to Norwich and got the basics.
1 x 100ml beaker,
2 x syringes (5ml and 10ml)
4 x syringes (3ml, 5ml, 10ml and forgot what ml) including 5x14 gauge needles.
500ml PG
250ml VG
30ml Menthol
20ml Cherry Blast
Nicotine shots
10 x 10ml bottles
5 x 30ml bottles
On the way home we got a box to bung it all in.
Now not being of overly mathematical bent I got the ejuice calculator and after listening to the advice proffered by the gent behind the counter at the Cupboard, I got everything set up ready.
Measured nicotine first, then menthol, then pg to 60% then added 40%VG. This was all put into a 30ml bottle at time of measuring and given a damned good shake. As I finished she ran out of fluid in the Cleito so I passed her the 30ml bottle and waited.
Initial response from she who must be obeyed is that it sure tastes better than the last lots from 888. So looks like my industrial formulation past is going to be put to new use, keeping her in vape liquid.
But even buying all the hardware, this is working out 50% cheaper than buying pre-made liquids...
