We are closing…

We are sorry to announce that we will be closing within the next 2/3 months.

To all our amazing customers, thank you. This has not been an easy decision and it's one we have made with a heavy heart.

We would like to thank each and every one of you for your custom over the years.

As you know Flavour Hub started it's origins in 2013 as Just Vape 247. Since then, together, we have survived the Tobacco Product Directives, a two year pandemic and a worldwide Propylene Glycol shortage. However due to recent economic crisis, it is now time to say goodbye forever.

We are sincerely greatful and proud to have been a part of this amazing vaping community and we will miss you all.

What does this mean for you, our valued customers?

Unfortunately there will be no closing down sale. The current prices on the website will stay the same. However from time to time you may find we have special offers on certain products.

All current products will not be re-stocked. This means once a product is out of stock, it will be permanently out of stock. All products are on a "first come, first served basis."

We are expecting there to be more orders than usual, while we are in the process of closing the company down, so please bare in mind processing times may vary.

All orders are to be made via the website only. We will not be accepting any email orders.

We will update everyone with a permanent closure date in the near future. This announcement will be made via our website, email newsletter and across our social media platforms.

After closure, our website will no longer be accessible however you will still be able to contact us directly via email ([email protected]) for a month after our closure date. So don't worry if you need to ask any questions relating to orders placed up to us closing.

Once our email domain has been closed, we will be permantely deleting any stored customer data, in compliance with the GDPR laws.

Thanks for sharing this @Rickster, that's sad news. I've been using them for ages and their VG flavour concentrates are really good, not many sites stock VG concentrates.

Sad indeed, I've used them on and off for certain things and I suppose that could be part of the problem, you know it's there, but only need it every so often.
 
Officially closed now.
Very sad ,my go to place for Twinkie plus a few other bits and pieces.
Guess i've have to get used to making my own a 100 percent of the time now..
Too expensive at the the few other places that sell it.

Thier email system doesn't seem to be working ,can't send an email and the shop seems to be gone so i can't check the order status.
I've been waiting on an order #267211.
It was my last order before they closed.
It's been a long time now even taking into account the postal strikes.
Should i just go to paypal and get the money back or is there something else i should be doing ?
 
when did you order as above is from october so im guessing they closed a while ago.

paypal claim back me thinks.

I would imagine they are long gone now, parcel probably lost in transit....claim back time
