Kangertech subtank plus issue

Evening ladies and gents
Love my kangertech set up so decided to order a spare tank. Ordered the subtank mini but got sent the plus, not an issue in itself.
However, I set it all up in the usual way and it's started to make a horrible popping crackly noise (I know it's not the best description) and I get a splatter of juice in my mouth.
Anyone any ideas why?

Seeing the coil build with the wicking would help

Ah i thought u may be using the rba deck. What wattage have u set it to

lellysmelly have you tried it on lower watts and do you still get the same issue?

baboogadi nikki from mars I usually run it around 10 with the 1.2 and I've taken it right down to 7 and right up to 26 to see if it resolves the issue and it doesn't

Try opening the air holes that somtimes help
