Kanthal and Nichrome

Hi, so i've been using kanthal exclusively since building coils. Since ive turned to more advanced builds, i'm seeing a lot of coils using nichrome 80, especially with fused claptons. What benefit does this have? I know its faster ramp up times, hotter temperatures, lower resistance etc. I've been making standard claptons for months now and before that i was using parallel's so im looking at making fused claptons, what is the best way of making them? I will be using dual coils only.

i havent made the switch to nichrome yet, as i'm kind of put off with the health risks, though my mod will do TC, but im sure others will tell you im worrying needlessly.
