does the hcigar one have the adjustable centre pin that doesnt affect the postive and negative post section ( on the original kayfun if you turn the pin the whole lot turns ) on the russian it has a standalone sperate pin inside that doesnt go all the way through to the posts

yeah too much hassle for me, my kayfun has indeed ruined me forever, getting the fogger made me appreciate my kayfun more so thats one good thing.
