Just finished my latest build just a nice simple dual 18650 parallel box with mosfet and on/off switch all bundled up in a anodised nls g2 box
Cheers for the tip on the source pin will give that a try on my next one got the bits to build a squonker, with the gate I did use a thinner gauge wire I think it was 18awg thinnest I had at hand.Hmm those NLS G boxes look good.. May have to have a word with Rob and work out prices for the AxBoxes.. Few tips I can give you here.. Mosfet on a Parallel mod, run the source wire backwards, ie solder it to the base of the leg at 90 degrees and bed it backwards along the mosfet, makes it look tidier, Also you can use really fine wire for the gate wires, I tend to use 32AWG, as it doesn't carry load, doing this gives more space in a G enclosure. Sled can see it's one of mine, snip one of the stand-offs so the wire can go underneath. What's under the bundle of Positive wires at the top, fuses?
Cool, will definitely give that a go when I build my squonk box cheer @axNo worries, just in case here's a pic of what I do.. excuse the soldering, was correcting a mosfet soldered by the temp minon. He seemed to like ramming as much solder as he could on the joint..
