Led idea/help

I was wondering if there is a way to fit an Led into my box I've made after a bit of a stupid move I made while adding a voltmeter and charger board.
Basically i drilled a 3mm hole in the wrong place and just want to patch it with something other than epoxy...
My ideas were either an led to light up when the mod is on or one to light up when it's at low battery levels / fully charged
To be honest it's just for a visual fix I don't particularly care what I use to plug the gap so long as it looks good as this has been my most used mod for a long time and is like to keep it that way with the new stuff
