Lots of people come up with lemon tarts, lemon cookies, lemon pie...
I took one of those recipes and gave it a twist.
Somehow the combination of the frosted donut, cheesecake and sugar cookie (with the creams of course) make up a very good old school cookie flavour to which you can add any fruit or coffee, and it's one of my ADVs at the moment.
