Limitless pulse charging

I've just got the limitless pulse, it's working fine but I've plugged it in to make sure it's fully charged and it isn't lighting up or giving me any indication that it's charging. Is this normal?
I've tried different leads and adapters.

On mine the red lights come on, and stay on until it's fully charged.
