My hubby went on my prescription run today and noticed a leaflet in Lloyd's Pharmacy on Electronic Cigarettes and Vaping, but the best bit is the fact that it refers to it as a 'stop smoking aid'!
Unfortunately they were so busy he didn't manage to actually talk to the pharmacist or a member of staff, but will be popping in tomorrow and hopefully get to discuss this properly. I would of posting pics too but I'm on my phone so running through Tapatalk. Will follow up with more info tomorrow. What should I ask?

Must be very new as i popped into one bout 2 weeks ago to ask if they sold juice or anything. Response was "you wont get anything like that ina chemist" and yes it was the lloyds pharmasist i spoke with :28:

Pepper I think it is as it wasn't there last week, but will find out more tomorrow.

Sent from my Nexus 7 using Planet of the Vapes mobile app

If they are making a medical claim ask the pharmacist if they have a "medicinal licence" and ask to see, you could also if you wanted to, report them to Trading Standards, you are certainly within your rights.

You know something strange? The lloyds in my town used to sell ecigs till about a month ago. Have taken them down now though. Was a member of my family who noticed this so didnt get any more info than that.

Just been looking through pharmacies who sell e-cigs and Boots do, one called Neocig, but I can't find anywhere whether they are making health claims - it would appear though that if pharmacies are going to be stocking them, they are going to be considered a "health" product!

There is a pharmacy within the GP surgery that my wife works at and they sell ego starter kits with the ce4 type clearomizers. They don't call them ego's tho.
