Love my new Aerotank - But have a question!

Just bought a new aerotank today, and absolutely love it! The vapour is perfect, or as close to perfect as shinyitis will let me get :P

BUT - On my protank 2, if liquid gets into the centre tube, I merely take it off the battery, blow through it & mop it up with loo roll.

The centre tube on the Aerotank doesn't go all the way through to the battery, due to the adjustable air flow, now it doesn't collect on the battery connection, it just bubbles, and goes into your mouth.

When it happened, I had to empty the juice out, disassemble the whole thing, clean it & put it back together.

Not very useful when out & about. Has anyone else had this problem? Or is there a trick I am missing??

Any help appreciated! :)

Take out the drip tip, turn it upside down and shake it out. That usually works on various tanks (don't have an aerotank tho) for me

Sent from my C6903 using Planet of the Vapes mobile app

I also don't use the aerotank but if that happens with the clearomizer I have I usually use a small pipe cleaner to get into the fiddly bits, works perfectly.

Try twisting the corner of kitchen towel into a pokey thing and putting it in the hole? Don't have an aero tank either but my gf's aro doesn't have a drip tip so it gets flicked a few times then poked with kitchen towel to soak up any that's left in it (and aro isn't a euphemism...)

Unscrew the base remove coil stick something absorbent in the air flow base blow coil through and put back together 1min job ;)

With my bottom coil iclear 30b I tend to get some tissue paper and roll a tiny bit into a pokey end and put it in the hole at the bottom.

Normally it comes out damp and then blow through from the bottom. This usually solves the issue for me. If not I leave it upside down for a while.

@MutedFFS Little trick I have found with the Aerotank is to wrap a tissue around the AFC with it wound fully open, then blow through the drip tip with the atty tilted up, I don't even take it off the mod it is on :) Do this as if you are using it like a trumpet... lol

As what Gilliandrea said, also with my aerotank if i do get a slight gurgle I hold it upside down for about 5 secs then flick it the right way up, seems to cure it and i dont even take it off the mod for this.

It is a bit of a bugger when juice gets into the air flow base, I usually just blow down the chimney to clear it on the odd occasion it happens

All of the above seem to work. The other trick I learned from a man stood next to me in my local B&M shop was to take off the drip tip & the adjustable base, poke a cotton bud all the way through the centre tube, and run it round the inside of the base (with the head removed obviously)

Just in case anyone else has the same problem
