Indeed it is. Dont know if you have tried nasty juice before but same cooling effect as that. These have currently been reduced too in the tpd clearance section

I found the mattcools greedy grape doesn't have much cooling effect at all, not nearly as much as Nasty Juice and nowhere near as much as Fantasi.

Having said that, mattcools is very flavoursome, but it has a lot of sweetener in it. I love the stuff, but some might find it too sweet.
