So, I may have got it into my head to have a play with my Manhattan Clone. It's an Aluminium one, so the voltage drop was horrible. I was given some copper tape and a rough idea of what to do, but really had no idea what I was up to. So basically I came up with putting the tape down the inside and on the threads, be aware that if you do this you can screw up the threading, screwed the button in and cut the thread into the tape with a lot of swearing, and then proceeded to bugger the paint up with a pair of pliers. So, this ended up happening and tbh, couldn't be happier with the result. Paint was stripped from both the button and 510 and polished along with the Brass fire button being polished. Hits a lot better and looks a lot better than an all black tube..
ION I have some boxes brewing atm, just trying to locate some parts and waiting on others. Hopefully the AxBox S & AxBox Triple S will be done once supplies come in.
