Metallic taste - fruit e juice

Hi,

I am getting a metallic taste from a couple of fruit ejuice. They have been steeping for about a week now, not sure if they are "burning", tried reducing the voltage on my itaste vv3. Any suggestions - very new to all of this so sorry if I am asking silly questions. Thanks in advance for any pointers.
