Lot of questions here so please be patient..

At the moment my vaping kit consists of..

1 iClear 16
1 CE5
1 eGo-C-Twist (for home use)
1 eGo-T 650mah for work (fits nicely in my shirt pocket)

I'm pretty happy with the batteries for the time being (unless a different battery changes the taste?) and I keep the twist on 4 volts most of the time, any higher seems to give more bitter taste but I'm thinking that might be e-juice dependant?
The iClear deff gives a warmer vape, probably due to the 2 coils, its a looser draw if you know what i mean but in my opinion slightly less taste. I'll obviously need replacements pretty soon and was thinking of getting a 2.5ml mini ViViNova so here we go with the questions..

1 From what I've been reading the Nova and the CE5 have the same atomisers so is there any difference between one and the other?

2 I'm assuming that a *** Nova from vendor X is a clone of a "Vision" Nova from vendor Y ?

3 If this is the case replacement atomisers from vendor X would be clones also ?

4 Most importantly does the nova give a better taste than the iClear or the CE5 ?

4v is pretty high for the iClear 16 as it is 2 coil that reduces the resistance by half assuming the same wire and number of turns as the CE5. When I use my iClear 16 I set the voltage to 3.3v and the max according to my iTaste is 3.9v. That may be part of the reason you get less flavour with the iclear.

Your right the ce5 and vivi novas are similar, the only main difference is form and size, vivis will hold more juice

There are lots of clones, not just the nova, but many things including ce5s etc, also a few revisions of the genuine article, best getting replacment parts from the same vendor

Answerd above

Personal taste, but I'd say iclear best then nova and ce5

:)

I would not use the Iclear on the 650 as dual coil so whilst it will work you are not going to get a great experience with vape and flavour and with your twist cranked up you will not get good life on the battery.

I used to love the Nova as great taste easy set up but too many different versions floating around with 3 different non interchangeable heads, you would also need a skirt unless you don't mind if the device is not aesthetically pleasing.

So based on what you have and IMHO I would suggest and evod as fits perfectly, would also invest in a pack of 1.8 coils which would suit your 650 well, these give a great taste and good vape and are easy to fill and swap heads (or bottoms to be more apt)

The price on the Evod is comparable to the Nova price, the tank size is smaller than the 2.5ml but you will get the clean lines of evod and battery.

Have a look at the reviews on the evod on this forum again in my opinion a great liitle thing and something I have been using as my all day atty for the last 3 weeks.

I'd second what Mark says.

I've used novas, and would class them as alright at best.

The evod on the other hand is a cracking bit of kit, and offers a vape to taste ratio that imvho, isn't even close to matched by the nova.

Thanks Guys.. Be awfull easy to throw money in the wrong place without your much appreciated advice..

So just to make sure I've got this right Evod's a pretty sure bet. Use the 2.5 coils that come with it on the Twist at higher volts and the 1.8 coils on the 650 at lesser volts..

Yep that will give to you good vape and flavour on both batts, just buy the one and a pack of 1.8s as the 1.8 will suit both on and around the 3.7 mark and your twist will last longer

Are standard batteries all 3.7 then Mark?

Egos class themselves as a 3.7v battery I believe in reality they are more like a 3.4 or 3.5v when at full charge and then discharge from there when being used when you have VV devices you are choosing the power from the battery so sticking a twist at 3.7 will give a constant power output of 3.7 until such point as there is now power left, that is why you may find your egos give a great taste and flavour from off charge but during the day you notice a definite reduction in taste or vape until the battery is flat.

So a standard battery does class itself as 3.7, hence the reason to keep your ohms low as you need less power to heat to obtain desired vape.

And is there any problem recharging a half charged battery back to full capacity? memory effect or anything?
