I think totally wicked do concentrates in store? I doubt they will do sweetner though.

I use monkey fest at 10% on its own no sweetener needed with this flavour..
try adding 5% fruit concentrates to your custards..
if you order some sweetner grab some milk or cream flavour as well they work good with your ddl and custard ..

Thanks for the advice I mixed up the wife some monkey feast and ripe banana and she likes it more then her Digbys king going well so far

My recipe for banana Yazoo. Was trying to make a banana custard but tastes JUST like Yazoo (only 2 concentrates too, so it's nice and easy). Steep for a minimum of three days. Tasty as!
