Mixing by weight

So recently started mixing by weight and I was looking to do a strawberries and cream (Capella) I was going to add some tfa sweetener to it. What would everyone suggest for flavour percentages?

If you use Sweet Strawberry concentrate you won't need to add any sweetener. If you are just using two concentrates I would go one third cream, two thirds strawberry.

I'm using strawberrys and cream as one concentrate. I tried it on its own but doesn't seem very strong. Lacking flavour

This is my recipe of choice - it's very nice indeed

Bavarian Cream 3%
Graham Cracker 1%
Malted Milk 2.5%
New York Cheesecake 0.5%
Sweet Strawberry 8.5%
Vanilla Custard 3.5%

I havnt got all those flavours at the minute. These are the ones I have. I'm not sure what to make as I'm new at it but open to all recipes.

What percentage did you mix up the strawberry and cream concentrate?

Hmm maybe try 15%? Google suggests people mix between 12 and 20%
