I am going to have a crack at a fruit mix. Now would I be better of

1. making several different mixes of different fruits and then blending them together (I believe that this would mean steeping twice yes?)

2. mixing the flavours together then adding them to the rest (and only steeping once)

Thanks

When i combine flavours I make may base ( PG,VG and nic) then just add the flavours im using. Everything is added to a shot glass and then i use a milk wisker to mix them altogether. Then I leave them to steep. Thats it.... Doont know if this is what everyone else does or not but it works for me. Hope this helps and it would be nice to hear what some of the more experienced mixers do as I would love some advise on this too :)

I normally do the same as breakbystealth, BUT, when I am looking for something specific, I combine the FCs prior to mixing them into the the bases.. like if I want a Peach Lemon and green tea mix, I mix the peach and lemon first, deciding which one I want more of, then add it to the tea... then add it to the base

I mix the flavourings together, then add to PG/VG,taste then decide on nic level for final tweaking(if dripping it or tank atty)as this allows me to get a hint of flavour with the added sweetness from the VG.

I do feel a little like some kind of mentally deranged chemist when mixing flavours though, especially when I'm dripping a drop of the flavour onto my fingertip to taste before adding the PG/VG and tasting again, before then dripping on the dripper & blowing clouds into the kitchen. If the door is shut, and someone enters they always squint through the haze
