I' ve been toying with the idea of mixing my own juices , in the words of Top Gear "how hard can it be", well I have no idea where to start.. What equipment do you need Ok :- bottles, vg , pg, flavourings , nic ,droppers, pipettes and a ultra sonic cleaner, so I'm told , but what do you actually mix with/in? a bowl, centrifuge or a larger bottle? If anyone could give me a shopping list and a list of do's and don'ts just to get me off the ground so to speak , I would appreciate it, Thanks Apes

Basics
Pg,vg,Nic,concentrates,1ml syringe,5ml syringe,10ml syringe, bottles, mixing calculator. Mix in bottles and shake.

Additions
Cheap milk frother (for mixing)
That's about it.
I brought the mixing kit from @everythingliquid, it contained everything I needed with 3 concentrates. Except 1ml syringes(must message him about that)

Depending on amount, I make samples in bottles but have been known to mix in a plastic bowl that once housed an xmas pudding.

The ultra sonic is not a requirement if you can be patient, I don't use one but the mixes I have that require a bit of extra time are made when I crack open the last batch I make.

If you look at the likes of the alchemists cupboard (other vendors do them too) they do starter kits and that gives you everything you need to get started

I just mix in the bottle that the liquid is going in anyways, there's always a little bit of head room so when i shake it everything mixes together.

This is what I got, got pretty much everything you need (except concentrates) to get you started and to let you get a feel if it's what you want to do.

Then when you've decided you want to continue, you can just broaden it and buy more equipment (bigger bottles, different sized syringes etc)

I agree seems to be the most comprehensive starter kit, do you mix in the bottles i.e shake them or use a bowl and some kind of mixer /whisk thingy?

If I'm testing out concentrates I'll mix it straight into one of the smaller bottles, say 5ml or so.

If I'm making a large batch of one I know that works, I've just ordered some measuring cylinders so I'll probably end up mixing in them.
