So doing my 1st parallel mosfet box mod, just need to do its last sanding and polish and its done.

Also sanded it flat so my rda and tanks have no lean :-)

what you think ?

The inside is not the best :-) will take more time with the next one but well happy with it.

ere what method did you use to flatten edges?

A flat edge and time :-) lots of it.

Start with 600 git then 800 and last 1000, you can then polish if you like or keep it with a bushed look

Got a polishing kit coming, so will try bushed or polished and then refit the guts back in.
 
wow, sanding that by hand must have taking longer then everything else combined! kudos to you for taking the time to do it!

Great idea with it pressed up against right angle wood!

The 1.6mm will be more then happy at the Amps you're dealing with (I've used it in some higher voltage/Amp audio applications with no problems).

If your going for Enamelled wire, make sure you scrape off the enamel with something like high grit wet/dry paper or you may fine it a little tricky to solder (or just use a bloody hot soldering iron!).
