So doing my 1st parallel mosfet box mod, just need to do its last sanding and polish and its done.

Also sanded it flat so my rda and tanks have no lean :-)

A flat edge and time :-) lots of it.

Start with 600 git then 800 and last 1000, you can then polish if you like or keep it with a bushed look

wow, sanding that by hand must have taking longer then everything else combined! kudos to you for taking the time to do it!

Thinking of changing to solid copper wire inside but not 100% shore if this would be ok

Enamelled Copper Wire 1.6mm 16swg | Maplin

I think the 16 SWG is the equivalent to 14 AWG

I only ever go as low as 0.2 ohm, so should be good for 20a +

Any mod makers give the or down on this stuff :-)

The 1.6mm will be more then happy at the Amps you're dealing with (I've used it in some higher voltage/Amp audio applications with no problems).

If your going for Enamelled wire, make sure you scrape off the enamel with something like high grit wet/dry paper or you may fine it a little tricky to solder (or just use a bloody hot soldering iron!).

Thanks Peps1 now just need to polishing kit to turn up
