My first ever coil build!

My Griffin RTA just arrived in the post along with some Kanthal and organic cotton. Immediately had to have a go at building it. Here are the results!

I wrapped 2 coils of 28ga wire around a 3mm screwdriver with 9 wraps each, and it's coming out at 0.87Ω. Steam engine was a fantastic help.

It tastes great and produces nice vapour, and seems to be wicking well with 70VG juice. Really really happy with it for a first build. Even though I've had a few coffees this morning the build deck felt really easy to use and the velocity posts are great!

Only thing I can't get on with is the large bore drip tip. It feels like I've got a huge cigar in my gob!

Thanks. It's not as good as all the videos you see on Youtube, nor was it as easy as they all make it look But I think I did an alright job. Feeling pretty good about it

Yup, found that and robbed the drip tip from my subtank nano, which is much more to my preference. I should pick up a couple of spares at some point

You can also use the coil master to build coils. It's really easy to use and makes coil building easy
