Hello e-ciggers :)

Well, after 30 years on the tabs I decided to give e-cigs a go & see if I can kick the things.

Read a few starter kit reviews, and eventually went for the VGo2 VV starter kit from Jacvapour, along with a few bottles of jollop to try out.
The kit seems OK, but for a few niggles.

- The tank which comes with it (I think is a 2ml Nova) I'm finding this very difficult to fill. some of the juice bottles have a very fine tip nozzle which is OK, but some others are too wide to fit between the tank wall & the inner post thingy. Meaning you have to try & hold the tank at an angle & drip the stuff into the right spot one drop at a time. It's messy and a bit hit & miss. In my case mostly miss. Seems to me there has to be a better way to fill the thing up than this. Am I missing something obvious?

- I read loads of good stuff about Jacvapour, in particular their aftersales service. After pulling my hair out with refilling the tank (see above) I ordered a 3.5ml Nova from them, which they say has been delivered but I have not received. After an initial response, I've not subsequently heard from them. Hmm.

- Having now read a load more about e-cigs... hacking my way manfully through the jungle of jargon... I now find that this kit costing over 40 quid, uses a thread size that is compatible with... nothing sold by anyone else apart from Jacvapour themselves. Nice. Having bought the thing based on flexibility/customisability, I now find I'm pretty much 'locked-in' to this one supplier for everything other than juice.
What's worse, I've searched and searched for adaptors to allow me to use 510 thread tanks with my 808 thread batteries (from the JV kit) only to discover they are like hens teeth. Plenty of the reverse adaptors (510 batt -> 808 tank) but not the one I need (808 batt -> 510 tank).
Incidentally, I've noticed a few posts here purportedly linking to the correct adapters which in fact link to the wrong ones.

Basically, although the JV kit seems well made, I'm a bit miffed that it's built from all non-standard sized components. I think JV should make this clearly known on their website for prospective purchasers of these items.
Also, can anyone please point me to the correct adapter, of good quality, and for sale online in the UK please? That way at least this kit won't seem like a total waste of money (808 thread battery -> 510 thread tank).
Is using these adapters a viable solution going forward? I mean will it adversely affect the quality of the vape?
Am I better off just throwing this 40 quid kit in the bin & starting again?

Sorry, this reads like a bit of a rant & wasn't meant to. I'd appreciate some sage advice from the folks here though please! :)
