We had a normal account on here since 2015, however just recently got vendor account approved. (account was a placeholder)

As a retailer we have up until 19th May 2017 to sell these products. All my suppliers are in the process of becoming TPD compliant on all new stock they will be supplying us. So we have some time for consumers to purchase these flavours

Age verfication is part of our terms and conditions which have to be agreed upon the checkout process and we also reserve the right to request proof of age before we fulfill your order

Hey Jaimunki,

We had no idea that a few particular flavours were being removed. Thanks for bringing this to our attention we will be checking with trading standards at our local council to confirm if we can sell these products. In the meantime we have removed the mentioned range of flavours (milky cones vapory) in the article you pointed out just to be safe.

Hopefully trading standards don't start clamping down too much

Hey Jaimunki,

Turns out that those products were deemed unsafe to sell by trading standards in that local council (Knowsley). The only reason they were deemed unsafe was because the packaging looks like children's sweets (could be easily confused with food due to packaging & shape especially by children) and cannot be displayed in plain sight to customers under the age of 18.

This particular range can still be sold & displayed if removed from its exterior packaging (as they then just sell as normal e-liquids) and even if not removed from packaging they can still be sold but cannot displayed in plain sight for customers under the age of 18.

We have been advised that we can still sell these products given that we sell online (no brick and mortar presence to physically display these products) and confirm with age verification on our website.

These were confiscated by trading standards in those shops as they had them on display to customers under the age of 18. Either way its still good to know rules around certain products and thanks again for letting us know
