Hi Everyone,

New to vaping? is this the correct phrase?

I was smoking 20 to 30 cigarettes a day, I had tried everything possible in the last 30 years to stop and even had a prescription from my Doc, nothing worked!! For the last year, since my grandson was born, I have been trying more and more to stop.

April of this year I tried my first disposable e-cig, bought in while in Tesco getting my normal 100 pack, I cut down dramatically in a week.

I was amazed, I bought an Apollo Ego Kit and I haven't looked back, on 30 April I had my last 'fag'.
With still a full pack and 15 in another pack I haven't even thought of 'lighting up'.

Now I am constantly looking for new flavours and ways to enjoy 'vaping', lots of advice required.

Hey fellow fifer you've come to right place no question will go unanswered. Loads o clued up peeps here n always willing to help out . I would probably b back on the coffin nails if it wasn't for the planet. Well done for quitting the smokes its been 11 months for me n I'll defo no b touchin them again
