Hi, my names rob from nottingham, been on the juice for about 4 weeks and loving it. Not just as an alternative to fags but vaping as a hobby is pretty cool.

Hoping i can learn a bit from this site to get some decent kit, just got a vision spinner ii and looking to get the smoothest vape possible from it. Any tips on kit or using much appreciated!!

Ive got to admit the high end mods and stuff are twisting my head a little - what do all the abbreviations mean?!?!

i've been vapin 2 months(ish) now and i'm still fairly confused..
rda=rebuilable dripping atomiser
rba=rebuildable (dunno) atomiser
Mech mod=big battery with no electronics
Mod =big battery with electronics
Vv=variable voltage
Vw=variable wattage usually including vv
B&m= bricks and mortar..a shop(that had me for months)

6 weeks a vaper and I am starting to get my head around things. For a smooth vape you might want to look at juices with a higher VG (Vegetable Glycerin) content and a lower PG (Propylene Glycol) content. Vegetable Glycerin gives you more clouds and less throat hit

Aloha man, yeah the lingo can take some getting used to, will be a vapetionary somewhere out there

Any questions just ask, plenty people happy to help

Like that, im sure i was told the higher PG the better but i'll have a look round and try a few different suppliers.

Do you think coil vs wick has a differences on smoothness?

Welcome to the planet Rob. I've only been vaping for nearly 4 weeks so cant really advise like the others, but I do rate this
Itaste MVP, the battery life is awesome, and you can use it while its charging I loves it. Also it has VV (variable voltage) and VW
(variable Wattage) and a built in Ohm meter for your coil, and you can use it to charge things. Ooops I just peed a bit :woot:

Hey rob im from notts as well so if you need any advice on vape shops give me a pm or something im about 5 weeks into vaping now and just moving on to rebuildables and mechs and have to say its really worth the research involved but POTV is a great place to learn about new stuff and hints and tips

I have tried some of each now from several retailers and the 50/50 PG/VG was definitely smoother than the 70/30 PG/VG, so the information I learnt here is definitely checking out for me in reality. On the subject of coils I can't really comment as I don't have enough experience. I have recoiled one head for my aerotank with cotton and that did taste different, but I would need to run side by side tests with the same juice and tank and I haven't done that.
