Hi you may struggle to sell many due to other vendors prices being much more competitive, sorry for having to say this but the Ijoy maxo is $50 elsewhere You quote $78 which is a big difference. Good luck with your site though.

Have to agree with @silentg shipping prices could be better, no one uses ups as they always get an import fee,
@pheric can you get better shipping options, examples Focalecigs and gearbest use oneworld express which is also Yodel, this costs us buyers about $2 more than if they send via chinapost and takes about 7 days sometimes less. other options for shipping Chinapost, swiss post all accessible in China as other companies use these methods and they are less expensive, Cheaper shipping would get you an order or more from me.

The customs dec also matters no good having a bill on top of the price.

hopefully they can rethink the shipping methods to some like the ones you mentioned. i would be ordering from them if they used yodel or ems etc at the moment the risk involved is not worth it for me
