I have a dripper clone I bought off FT and was going to order a few more when I order a Nemesis mod.

How ever does it really make a diff what dripper I purchase or is it mainly for looks?

Yes there is a difference
there is a difference in the taste you get from your dripper
the way you build your coil can be easier in some rda's
and in some rda's you can use thicker wire and get lower ohm...
