Stealthvape have released a new box similar in size to the Hammond 1590G called the NLS-GBox it's made from billet aluminium,level sides no sanding required,I'll be getting one when I get round to building my mosfet box.

I ordered one of these for a sx350 dual 18650 build.

Have to figure out how to apply a carbon fibre vinyl wrap on the box now ...... neatly with no seams ???

Just had a quick look at hydro dipping kits on ebay .... £30 ouch !!!


BUT found a couple of Companies that do it. Might be cheaper to do it that way

Get some 3m dinoc vinyl.
Find a way to stretch it and keep it in one place tight.
Heat it up with a hairdryer or heat gun .
Press the box down into it, and it'll mould Over the box.
Then, heat the edges and roll them over the edges. Job done After you cut it.
